A huge thank you to Lisa from Open Door Methodist Church, who visited us this morning to talk about the wonderful work the church does to support local people through its food bank.
Lisa was overwhelmed by the generosity of our school community and thrilled with the incredible donations received. We are so grateful to all our children, families and staff who contributed to our food bank appeal. Your kindness and willingness to help others will make a real difference to people in our local community.
A special thank you also goes to our Worship Committee, who helped to bag up all of the donations and carefully load them into the car, ready for delivery. We are so proud of the compassion, service and generosity they showed.
Thank you all for making such a positive difference.
