In Geography this week, Year 6 explored the different climate zones of North America. We identified zones such as polar, tropical, desert and temperate, before describing the weather and conditions found in each one.
The children used their geographical knowledge to explain what it would be like to live in each climate zone and compared the differences across the continent. They impressed us with their use of geographical vocabulary and thoughtful descriptions. Well done, Year 6!
